Class D & Class E addresses are reserved for experimental purposes and are not intended for general use in standard IP networks.
Class D addresses consist of a 32-bit binary address. This class has a range from 224 to 239.
Class E addresses consist of a 32-bit binary address. This class has a range from 240 to 255.

For class D how does the router know which IP address fall under same group if there is no N/W ID for that group?
