Wagner Paint Sprayer Not Spraying-How To Fix It Easily-Tutorial

In this video, I talk to you about the Wagner Flexio paint sprayer not spraying any material when you try to use it. There are a couple of reasons why this might be happening, and I tell you a few different solutions that you can try out depending on the things that you are observing with the paint sprayer. These paint sprayers are built to last, so it is rare that something goes wrong with them, but if something is causing your sprayer to not release any paint, then you should try to get to the bottom of it and solve the problem as quickly as you can before it gets worse.

The 2500 is horrible - constant clogging - using outdoor paint and should not be clogging every few passes. So frustrated!

Mine worked one day. Now it sort of works after 45 min of cleaning it every 20 min of painting.

“Easy” is anything this POS gun has offered. Always had problems and are annoying to use. More hassle troubleshooting them then the actual paint job.
