Jersey mikes has the best cheesesteak on the east side because it's real they cut it there and it is so tasty compared to other cheesteaks I've had and I've had alot! My friend literally lives in Philly and he gave his approval haha.

Ham pepperoni provolone then have them throw it on the flat top to crisp the pepperoni and melt the cheese then get it mikes way (no tomato)
