The inner tie rod has a ball joint that can wear over time, causing a clunking noise, loose steering, and eventually, other problems with the wheel and suspension components. It’s a good idea to replace your inner tie rods as soon as you notice any of these symptoms. This video shows you how to replace the inner tie rods on your 1998-2002 Honda Accord.

This repair was done on a 2002 Honda Accord EX 3.0L and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
1998 Honda Accord
1999 Honda Accord
2000 Honda Accord
2001 Honda Accord
2002 Honda Accord

Tools you will need:
• Pliers
• Side Cutters
• Safety Glasses
• Hammer
• Wheel Chocks

adapter...it does not come with any tie rod kit I buy now does honda ha e a listing for tell me where I can find it bc I didn't know I'd need it

how many turns should the tie rod have on the tie rod I changed both parts but one did not come out and I put the metal cutter in it and I did not know how many turns it has on one side I told you 18 is it the same or must be different the round

why is this righty loosy... or am I just confused. I strip these kinds of nuts all the time because they seem to be the opposite of common sense...any advice on how to avoid that
