I did the practice test but there's no record of showing that on my end?? The 7 minute practice test field is still showing not completed (no green check mark), although I submitted my test yesterday. Nothing is showing up as pending, either. Do I need to do this all over again?

I did the practice test and i'm confident in my abilities to succeed.
But there is a problem
After uploading the practice test, in my checklist, the practice test is "in review", but when i refresh the page, it's gone and i can retake the test, i really want to know what happened, as i repeated the test twice.
