Migrants clash on Greek island

The head of the European Commission has sent a strong message of support to Greece as it attempts to stop migrants from crossing its border.

Ursula von der Leyen described Greece as the "shield of Europe" and announced 700 million euros in financial aid.

Although the Greek people are sympathetic for the suffering of these poor people, Greece cannot absorb more migrants and the European countries refuse to take any of these people. Greece is a small country and they are not jobs for more people. What would happen to the Greek culture, language and religion, if It allows hundreds of thousands of these economic asylum seekers to enter and stay in the country?
