Nice burn and photography. We've done a few tests with the motor horizontal but now try to test all our motors in vertical flight orientation.

Why use Erythritol?  it is very similar to sugar, is there really that much of a difference to justify cost.  great work, can't wait to see the next video.

Hallo! I wrote you an email but I guess you didn't see it. My question was how do you collect chamber pressure data? I'm working on rockets for my bachlors thesis (I'm a physics student) and my main problem is chamber pressure. I can approx. predict it with equations but rockets are a bit more trial and error then just pure theory. I was looking for sensors online but non go above a working temperature of 125°C. I would really appreciate the help, thanks! =)

This is amazing! Wow, I am working on my own KNO3 and sucrose powered rocket engine but this is just amazing, I look forward to future advancements in this project. I do have one question, how exactly did you make the nozzle? I am going to try to make my own, and was wondering if you had any tips. Thank you

Is the nozzle machined on a lathe? It looks like the neck is getting a bit hot - do you think that it would compromise the structural integrity?
