Level 70 defense and 302 crush defense give him a defense roll of 28548. A goblin has an attack roll of 430. Hit chance is atk roll/(2*(def roll +1)). Plug in and it gives you 0.00753.

So a 0.75% chance to hit or a 1 in 132 chance to lose the account.

The mage bank runs always scare me. If you start Perilous Moons (don't need to complete it), you can get into Cam Torum which has a rune shop which stocks laws and natures.
