If you notice the brake lever is down a few notches(holes), which would mean the brakes would be ON! A design fault whoever copied the prototype probably from a photo of a static wagon with the brakes on no doubt! this is only on some of the PO wagons!
Also there is a wire rod conecting the two sides of the brake assemblies? This needs to be cut out as each side brake assemblies are separate on these type of wagons!!
Both these errors are remarkable mistakes from a company like Dapol, and show a complete lack of understanding of how real wagons work, i cant believe nobody at Dapol hasnt noticed these errors.
