Installation was quick and easy. It doesn't make a whole lot of noise, and it's worth every cent.

I’ve got a fever and the only cure is MORE TANDEM

My partner and I rode a tandem (a relatively blinged out cannondale T2) all around exmoor, dartmoor, bristol, bath, and back to Birmingham in a big 25 day redundancy holiday. Life long memories, strongly recomend if you have good communication with your partner and you enjoy struggling together!

Excellent value - particularly for the price

Why are lace-up shoes popular? What is the advantage at all...other than weight savings? Seems a step backwards. In hot climates, I find I need to adjust/tighten my shoes periodically over the course of a longer ride....100k or so. If it's humid, might need to adjust another time. My Sidi are easy as I just reach down and twist the dial a click or two and keep going. No need to dismount, untie, tighten and retie. I just don't see any compelling reason for lace-up cycling shoes.

I enjoy lace-ups but I'll stick with my Crono CV1, lighter and considerably less expensive. The saving works out at ball park the price of a pair of Pirelli P Zeros (which I use).

Nice choice of products. I'm curious about the Lezyne light mounted upside down - do you have to tilt it all the way down in order to light the road (and not to blind others) or is the beam pattern symmetrical ?
E.g. our midrange Lezyne and Supernova Airstream2 don't work that way and finally Supernova made a dedicated upside-down version. And B&M made a upside-down mount for their bulky but enduring Ixon Space, so also a good option to tidy up your bars and keep the old light.

I really like my Lumina NiteRider Dual 1800 light. So strong, I love night cycling with it... Especially useful as the days are shorter now. I would have said that was a better light.

I agree on the tyres. I got a Canyon CF7 Allroad as i managed to find it in my size and went from the stock Shwalbe G All around to these, in 28mm, and they are soooo damn good.

Didn't know about the S-Works 7 Lace. Will have to do some research. Been using Giro Empires for years and they are great. Interesting how the use of BOA in other sports is eccentric or rare but cyclists are in disbelief about using laces🤔.

Are the Spatz Roadman suitable for proper roadmen? From eyeing it, certainly looks like mans could hide a wicked shank innit

Road bike shoes with LACES??🧐 Lol my 15 years SIDI made of genuine leather has 3 Velcro straps and still works perfectly. Sorry but laces on road boots sound silly...and thise lace covers🤭🤦🏼
