South Bay Promise MOU signing - Torrance CitiCABLE Coverage

Superintendents from seven south bay school districts united at El Camino College for a signing ceremony of the new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the South Bay Promise program. The program will be accepting 500 students in the fall.

South Bay Promise offers first year enrollment fees waived and additional support services for students within the El Camino College Districts.
