I misread and thought that this said Dumboll was fired & got excited for a second. Which is dangerous for an old guy. Vrabel is the best HC available. The Jets will be looking at him too.

Joe Schoen should be fired. This roster is bad. Also, he passed on signing Russell Wilson, and re-signed Daniel Jones to an absurd contract. His draft history is awful. All fireable offenses, IMO.

We are so enamored with firing people in this society due to the mistakes they've made without allowing them to right their wrongs. I personally feel they should keep both GM & HC. Let them finish their contracts and see if they can turn it around. 1) it will show potential new candidates in the future that theres some stability and patience within the organization. If you fire them it will deter people around the league from coming here. 2) Give them the opportunity to draft and develop their Quarterback. DJ was here before they got here and i'm in the belief that the signing was ignited by Mara in the 1st place.
I knew my team wasn't that good my expectations weren't as high as other fans because i was aware we are not a finished product. You guys can burn the house down, while i sit next to the pool and practice patience
Also don't forget they were both rookies just 3yrs ago..mistakes will be made.

This should of been a top 4 list, no way to Josh Mcnown, no experience, a roll of the dice and just a QB coach, needs experience as a OC or DC, maybe in 10 years let’s see what he does
