someone help please!! when i try to turn on my earbuds, only one of them turns on and the other one i have to hold the button for about 15 seconds for it to turn on, when it finally turns on and connects to my chromebook it just powers off. i charged it for like 12 hours straight so the issue is not the battery

I just bought these but after the initial use I charged them but can barely make it through 4 songs and am getting low battery warning. It says on the website the charging box will blink while charging until fully charged. It's currently doing that but doesn't seem to flash for that long. Next time I will keep track of the time before they start to die.
