Gilson Husqvarna® Heavy-Duty Masonry Saw (HM-62)

The Gilson HM-62 Husqvarna® Heavy-Duty Masonry Saw is recognized for efficient, high precision wet cutting of bricks and blocks, with a focus on good ergonomics and productivity for the user.

The HM-62 is equipped with a powerful 5hp high-torque electric motor, with a 2350 blade shaft rpm for high-production performance. And heavy-duty shafts mounted on quality ball bearings for a long service life.

This rugged saw has three different cutting options. Set the cutting head to a fixed position using the blade height control handle OR use the convenient foot pedal to lower and raise the saw blade height OR for plunge cutting use either the foot pedal and/or the handle on the cutting arm to pull down the cutting blade and create a plunge cut in the work piece.

The patented 24" (609 mm) Sta-Level® Blade Guard controls blade orientation to allow for the most accurate cuts possible. And has a built-in lip for operator safety.

For maximum dust suppression and to cool the cutting blade the HM-62 is fitted with a low flushing water kit (submersible pump not shown). A water flow valve controls water volume and the integrated collection pan with its 13.1gal (49.6l) water capacity enables efficient slurry handling and a cleaner working environment.

The rigid steel support stand resists flexing and with a 20in (508mm) blade with its 8in (203mm) cutting depth and a 15in (380mm) cutting length, permits cutting of 6in (152mm) cylinders or 8in (203mm) blocks in a single pass.
