"What Happened to Monday" just doesn't deliver the fun you'd expect with its crazy concept, its talented leading lady, and even that one action scene. Part of the problem is there ain't no real villain—Close hams it up in a couple scenes but she ain't memorable enough or given enough time to make an impression. So Rapace has to keep running from a bunch of Men in Black with Guns, which just gets real old real fast. It's one of them forgettable Netflix flicks that might work to kill time on a boring Friday night, but that you won't remember come Monday. The movie don't cash in on the potential of its wild premise or Rapace's skills.

Basically, the movie bites off more than it can chew. It ain't got a compelling bad guy for Rapace to go up against, so she's just stuck dealing with generic goons over and over. And for all the craziness of its concept, in the end it's just another flaky Netflix film you'll forget about in a couple days. Rapace and the wacky idea deserved better.
