I have that same printer. And I have done it too. I also have used thicker paper (photo paper usually) on the front and back page. Takes a bit of thought but if you choose the front and back pages and print them by choosing the range of those pages then you can print those pages separately for a photo cover And one that looks better. Also, I recommend using a ruler (I have a tsquare tool I used form my tool kit) and an exacto/hobby knife when cutting to make really nice cuts. Lastly, if you want the page turningto beeven easier use two Bindings clips (4 holes) but one at the top and one at the bottom to make the book feel more secure when you read it. Last trick that will cost you about 25c consider a clear plastic cover like the ones you use in a report sheet. If you use the book a lot this will keep your hand grease off the pages and make it last a lot longer.
