In this video we will study fundamental rights in Indian constitution for Indian Citizens. Fundamental Rights are found in Part 3 of the Indian Constitution and are very important for different exams. Part 3 of Indian Constitution starts from Article 12 and ends at Article 35 but fundamental rights are from article 14 to 32.
We will study about the different Articles in detail in this video. Fundamental rights are justiciable in court of law and hence if you are denied fundamental rights you can move to the courts of law including High court and Supreme Courts.

Article 19 can be cancelled under national emergency article 358 u said. But national emergency is article 352

ek taraf baat karte he equality, aur fir bich me laate he "sc st equal opportunity" ka drama. once u made "equality", then everything automatically comes under that "equality" first u states clearly that "equality" has been deprived from some sector and hence to coverup that sector scst has to be given more opportunity. but then hence and thus your "equality" looses its meaning withhold in the word itself .
