Why Aren't Motorcyclists As Toxic As Car Guys?

Why Aren't Motorcyclists As Toxic As Car Guys? Why is Car Culture Dying Compared to Motorcyclists who are still going strong? The main reason is Clout. Not only are Clout chasers annoying hypocrites, they are also surprisingly toxic. Motorcycle Culture has been protected from the Clout Attack of the Post Quarantine Era, and this mostly has to do with our close brotherhood as well as having built-in Anti-Clout Defenses. It's a rather grim system, but a defense is a defense. Reality is cruel after all. No one is invincible, a car may insulate some stupidity, but a Bike won't give you that same forgiveness. Those coming in to Clout Chase, Speed, and be overall stupid, will find themselves on the Pavement sooner or later. If you sucked up your pride, I'll gladly still extend my hand and ask for you to stay with a level head. Otherwise, if clout boys keep it up, then a grim future awaits...

He got a point tho. Car people usually won't even help other car people unless it's a personal friend or someone they want brownie points with. I've seen it and had it happen to me on a "none left behind" cruise. Had car trouble and every person said they couldn't allow it up to help out

I'm fully convinced that most "car guys" online are just kids who played Forza and think they know everything now.

All the motorcyclists with poor impulse control and short tempers are too busy being dead to argue online. Physics doesn’t forgive.

bike safety is like competitive smash:

no seatbelts
no airbags
no panels
helmet only
freeway at night

For the most part, bike culture is super respectable. I was in New Orleans parked on the side of the road, checking my phone at like 10 pm and a Harley rider passed by, made a u turn, asked if I was okay, and gave me knuckles before pulling away. He could've clowned me for riding a honda rebel 500, but he just wanted to check if I was all good.

The brotherhood aspect is the thing I love the most about owning a motorcycle. The first time I got a biker wave was like experiencing a real hug for the first time again.

Something also worth noting is I always hear car guys say “ I got a low mileage ( insert classic muscle car or retro JDM car) and it’s worth so much “ whereas bike guys rather tell you a story of them riding and getting stuck in the rain or taking a trip to a different state for no reason than just to enjoy their bike. For bikers they’re more proud of the journey than the price.

Price of motorcycles is reason I plan to get motorcycle licence this year. There is no chance of buying car, which is fun to drive in reasonable price.

the auto translate titles feature is so bad it translated "toxic" to the German word for "poisonous"

A car driver will never experience the embarrassing moment you pull out of a parking space with your disc lock on.

Its actually insane how big of a difference the motorcycle and car community have. For instance when I turned 18 I bought a v6 dodge challenger. It wasn't fast but Its a really nice car, and I'm not ready for a v8 (and don't have the money) All my "car guy" freinds constantly shit on my for buying a "boring car" when my car is way nicer than theirs.

Its the opposite with motorcycles, last year I bought a CBR 300 as my first bike, and everyone in the community is incredibly supportive and caring. To Bike guys its not about status or a top speed its just about having fun and staying alive.

Finding the non toxic car guy - find that weirdo with the old muscle car like a Pontiac, the old economy car like a Saturn, and or the guy with the old luxury car like an Olds.
These people accept it’s not the best, they just love it for the style, feeling, sound, and or just heritage.
The super car teenagers are ALL TOXIC. If you find a super car 18 year old who doesn’t bash on cars like Civic, Accords, etc - fill their tank up. Show that rare less than 1% some respect. They deserve it for being chill with such an opportunity to gloat!

one thing I've really noticed being in the car and bike scene is who were willing to ride/drive with. cars will have the "classes" and wont normally mix, for example you never/almost never see something like a lambo, pagani, ferrari, civic, and malibu all cruising together. because the super cars dont hang with the econo boxes. while with bikes you will see a ducati v4r, R1m, harley sportster, ninja 400, and maybe even a super moto all riding together being hoons or just heading out to get food. Bikes don't seem to have these dividers because many see it as "your riding not driving? who cares what you ride"

More respect because you spend more hours practicing or honing specific skills and you’re operating something more dangerous than a car

Because motorcycle's have less clout / clout points associated with them, thus the (in my opinion) the most toxic car guys, the 12 year old kids on the internet dont glaze over bikes

Great video mate! What you mentioned today was spot on when I low-sided my bike some dude walking his dog helped me out, turns out he was a motorbiker too while others just watched around. Great video and let's hope the bike community doesn't become a toxic mess.

Every community has their pros and cons. No matter which one you join there are bound to be people that think they are a know it all and think they are better then others. Just something you can't escape
