Exams aren't the be all and end all of too many people think they are. Imo Coursework is more important and SHOULD override any exam result. It's what you do during the course of a year of entirely of a course - not on some random day at the end of it. There's a whole other life out there. Honestly, unless you want to be stressed out permanently for the rest of your life, don't allow exams to over stress you.
