You may have just saved me and my saab a lot of heartache! I have a water leak in my boot thats not from my rear lights. I have come to the conclusion that its the window at fault, so i have just ordered some new seal and fingers crossed you have saved me and my car ❤

Just did the same job few days before. I have used rubber trim from rear widshield glass of a Vectra A ( vectra B trim is the same as A). A little bit of persuasion was needed because its a little bit shorter than 9-3 trim. But after bit of sweat and tears it fit like a glove. And look like OEM. Cheers.

I did this last year and I didn't glue it down just keep an eye on it. Once it started coming loose and I just put it back down and so far it hasn't come loose since. I overlapped the top over sides because I thought it would look better.

I'm doing it today with an original one but I still have to figure the proper wait to install it. 😁
Also my shark fin is coming loose.
And finally my aero is going to the shop next week, to do some heavy work I can't do plus leak in the oil cooler.
I've checked yesterday for water in the oil pan after a long period of inactivity.... no oil ✌.

I just ripped mine off after the rubber started flaking off seeing as it's only cosmetic and serves no purpose. Might look into this though
