Thanks, Vince. They have 5 businesses, 55 employees total. No insurance . Its been 18 months of lost wages (yes I’ve mitigated my damages and continue to do so rigorously) Low-ball offers are extremely insulting at this point. I was a high-wage earner. My case is strong with good facts. A difficult defendant who is a serial liar driving this litigation who also suffers from egocentrism and would rather pay his 4 different defense firms than resolve my claims reasonably out of court. A CEO with a high-risk tolerance yet claims they are a small business and unable to pay my lost wages + front pay plus pain and suffering. It’s hugely contradictory. This defendant just doesn’t want to take responsibility and answer to the rest of the shareholders which he lied and said he doesn’t know who he works for. The damages i’m seeking is very reasonable to both sides despite what the CEO has put me through. I don’t need to be a math genius to realize the company rather pay the fees of their attorneys than acknowledge their wrongdoings. Lacks logic and judgement based on the facts and evidence i have. I might delete this comment later.. more updates to come. Things are starting to heat up. My attorney is doing an amazing job.

Vince, can you do a video on the latest 2023 Starbucks issue which the NLRA recently weighed in on. Specifically an employers anti recording policy and termination of its employees - when the recordings were for protected and concerted activity etc.

QUESTION: Do Attorney's use the unemployment benefits process, in which you are either granted benefits or denied based on an investigation of wrong doing, to gauge how viable your wrongful termination case is towards your employer?
