Had this brand cheese slicer for a long time ant it is still sharp, but be very careful because I pealed my skin twice before I learned using it carefully.

Cheese planes require one to put their hands on the cheese. Wish there were a better way to hold the cheese

Useless, slices are way too thick. That's fine for cheap, low quality cheese, but not for expensive top quality cheese.
