A good first start is not allowing restaurant staff to be paid below minimum wage. California already did this. Other states just assume staff will get paid through tips. No no no no.

I will never forget the covid mandates to enter businesses and I will never forget the poor customer service prior to the covid pandemic made apparent because of the covid pandemic.
