The biggest problem I see with coding agents (I have wanted to build my own but came to realize the limitations) are this: How do you as a developer test your code? Its easy for an agent to test code that only deals with input and output, ie. encryptors, email parsers etc. But how does a code test that a webapp works? for that it has to launch it in the web browser, and how is it going to check for js and css? Even if it could interract with the browser, how does it see the ui and judge its functionality? Maybe multimodel can solve that but until then, I will not be able to foresee an agent like this completely doing all the work on the web. I think it would become an excellent backend developer though.
