On the step of just saving the exploded block to the same name as the block.
Use the Command Wblock on the exploded block
then save it as the same name as the block you want to replace.

hi there,


i am kind a new in auto cad world. i know the basics. I have hundred of dwg file with title block which i need to change few attribute in them now and then as how project goes like revision number, status and date of approval. Now i have created this attribute in title block too. i can change them manually but it will take ages is this the process work for me to change more the one attributed in tittle block? and if it is than can you share the bit of info how can i achieve this.
