Hi Harjeet mam.
Good morning
Q=In most schools, management (director, principal etc.)are not aware of new technologies like Flipped/Blended Learning.
I have faced the situation.
They interfere a lot. What they actually want to see, during their routine visit is TRADITIONAL CLASS VIEW (JAISA UNHONE padha tha).
My students of Greater Noida are always curious, because instead of monotonous teaching, I use to add on new activities like Cooperative learning, learning by doing, GD etc.
My pain is that, , instead of motivating me, they just say..it's ok but Indian kids need to be controlled and ask them to bring fees on time.

I really appreciate Ciet's Team Efforts.
During my course of teaching, I maximize it by attending online as well as offline seminars, visiting Ncert Official channels,
