Absolutely not. That doesn’t rule out negotiating some kind of deal to end the war but Russia already has annexed territory they could end up losing. Why doesn’t Russia end the war?

The problem is that one of Russia's condition is to separe Ukraine from the NATO, so they will not stop if Zelenski insists on joining alliance

And they will not negociate that condition unless they got a massive military defeat
