Ugh... this was really hard to stomach. Almost all characters of the show are perfectly written and the dialogue and storylines immaculate. But up until this moment, they had written Woo's chef friend as a soft-soken and quiet individual with humble advice for life and relationships. Making him appear dimwitted and cringe-worthy for the sake of comedic relief was disappointing. The average woman would clearly run for the hills from this dude, yet he didn't display any type of this personality beforehand. Sigh.

Or Youngwoo did, but strange they both didn't mentioned her when they meet.
The only giveaway was in court the next day when Youngwoo noticed Sooyeon's alcoholic breath and that she is wearing the same clothes. She asked how was the blind date which could be or not that she set them up.
Edit: Based on the latest episode, yeah they were set up by Youngwoo afterall.
