I DON'T HAVE THE APP. how do I covert my points to Fivers on my laptop. I cant find ANY links in My Morrisons account, lots telling me about the system and hpw wonderful it is, but NO ACTUAL BUTTON TO press - any ideas? a point by point route please?

any one got a direct email address for morrisons .. from scotland but live in north wales i love bells scotch pies but cant get them the last time i had some was last yearwhen i was in west lothian ... morrisons needs to get loads of them in wales loads people love them..

Why does my shopping cost the same if I use a self-service checkout as it does for a manned one? I'm saving your company money. Maybe you should pass that saving on.

Just closing manned registers won't convince me to use your awful self-service machines alone.

Morrisons are being asset stripped by the new American based owners, they'll start less profitable store closures next Spring. It's a business that's losing it's market share and customer loyalty, due to an insane pricing structure. Aldi and Co are taking them to the cleaners.

I have been on phone since 10past 9. A guy answerd said he'd get help put me back on this annoying advert for what you can do I just want to pay my basket. I will of mist slot for this afternoon . I'm still waiting on phone

I've had a Morrisons More card for a few days and have been shopping. But got zero points. How does one accumulate points? Is it only for special offers? Confusing. I only got the card because Morrisons wanted to put a £5 goodwill voucher on it to redress a complaint I made.

Having just received my more points card I spent over the 10 pound to get my 1, 000 points. This was refused by customer customer service and also assistant manager the reason given was that part of my purchase was beer now on the rear of the points coupon it says spirits now when has beer been a spirit .if you can't tell spirits from beer god help us .This coupon is a con.
