You need to add some baby powder on the area you want to wax, to absorb the moisture and natural skin oil, because if you didn't do so the wax strip won't be as much as adhesive and won't remove all the hair, try it with some baby powder

I recommend warming the strips between the whole hands, like claping, not just between the fingers, otherwise you may heat it unevenly

If the hairs don’t go away after multiple tries it’s either that the wax band is dirty and does not grip the hairs or you are pulling the band the wrong way to get rid of those hairs
