The same mistakes can be made going from Spanisth to English: I once referred (in English) to a pregnant woman as being embarrassed (embarazada) much to the confusion of the people I was talking too who did not understand why would she be embarrassed about being pregnant! I had to explain that pregnant in Spanish (preñada) usually applies to animals. The same with Exit, which I erroneously used to talk about success at a task. :)
