I agree, the Mclaren F1 is the mother of all modern supercars.

Remarkable thing about the Mac F1 is that even after 20 years, its still the fastest road car ever whichout a turbocharger or supercharger.

And as far as engine notes are concerned, nothing beats the 6.1 litre BMW Motorsport V12!  What an awesome engine. MUCH nicer than the Mac P1's V8.

I dont know if its the video quality but it seems that the reflections are not very accurate. Looks a little bit plastic. Is that the case or is just the video?

Clarkson is entertaining, no question. But he's very inconstant. Jeremy didn't like the Mac F1 since day 1. He said at the time that even if you won the lottery, you still couldn't afford one. That is was skittish and that driving one was like watching a concert on TV instead being at the concert live. bla blabla

The Veyron comes alone - Its the best ever!  Its amazing!  I could talk non stop for weeks.... what about its insane pricetag? What about the lottery arguement? Why isn't the Bugatti hopeless like the McLaren then?

I love the McLaren F1 its a magnificent car and in my opinion its better looking than the Bugatti Veyron and I love the driver sits in the middle!!

I know that a McLaren is pretty expensive ^^ but still it would be nice to see it racing against the bugatti on a race track which is the home of the McLarens. Look at the MP4-12c it already busted the super sport on track...

Wtf? When I look at a McLaren F1 I don't want to hear something about a car that is worse even 20 years later the bugatti can't live up to the McLaren F1. The MP-4 12C did beat even a Super Sport on the race track and it isn't even as fast as a McLaren F1 so I think the debate is over which car is better. If you want to drive and race you take the McLaren, if you want to cruise you take the bugatti. It's not that I don't like the Bugatti it's a nice car but not as good as a McLaren F1.
