Making A Crisp Apple Cider Fizz 🍎🥃 ✻ Thirsty Thursday 19

✹Ingredients & Instructions✹
4 oz apple cider (or juice)
1/2 oz ginger shot
1 rosemary sprig
1 tsp maple syrup (more to taste)
lemon sparkling water
lemon wedge + cane sugar for the rim
apple slice, cinnamon stick, rosemary sprig for garnish
(optional: a dash of angostura bitters)

Swipe the rim of your glass with a lemon wedge. Press the rim down onto your sugar to make the sugar rim.
Place glass in fridge or freezer while you make the rest of your drink.
Crush the rosemary sprig using a rolling pin or jar/glass.
Place into a jar/shaker and add apple cider and ginger.
Shake it up and taste for sweetness.
Add maple syrup. Start off with 1tsp and add more if you'd like.
Get your chilled glass and add an apple slice and some ice.
Pour in the apple cider mixture, about halfway.
Top with lemon sparkling water.
Garnish with rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick.
Add a dash of bitters if you want!
