I have an interesting story about this song. I was in Afghanistan, on a tour. I had graduated from ROTC as a second lieutenant, and we were on a patrol. We had a couple cars (jeeps, a truck). When we got into town, everything went to hell. IED's and fierce resistance. We lost some good men. On the 2 hour ride back to base, we were trying to get the radio working the whole time, but we couldn't get a sign to base since there was a mountain in the way. We flipped threw some channels and found this. This brings back so many good and bad memories. The peaceful night that accompanied this was the only thing that kept us together on that long ride. I hope this song brings comfort to you guys just as it did to me and my men.

When I listen to this song, I often picture myself at 10 years old, in my parents' car at night. My dad is driving and smoking a cigarette, and no one is talking. The sky is adorned with enchanting stars and the mysterious, magical city lights near the highway, along with the glow from the highways and other car headlights. The fresh air from the open windows near my mom enhances the magical atmosphere. I feel safe with my parents... I feel like I'm dreaming.

I think I've found this to be the most unspoken yet the best track. It's so melodic and peaceful. I've listened to this one maybe 4 or 5 times over and mixed it numerous times too in house sets as an outro. It was one of my best during my Daft Punk phase and will 100% be in my mix series if I ever produce one.
