Mumbai homes have limited space and people find it difficult to grow plants. However, Navi Mumbai - an extension of Mumbai, has relatively bigger homes with balconies and great views.
In the Episode 9 of 'In My Garden' series, we visited Yuvraj's newly setup home in Navi Mumbai. He has dedicated this home to his parents and each corner of the house has a story to tell; an emotional quotient attached! We also talked to the architects Aditya Basarkar and Manali Patil from Articulated Design Initiative to understand what went behind the designing of this earthy yet modern home.

Very impressive home. Just like everyone else the question on my mind is who is the painter of his “Father’s Journey”. Great idea and a loving homage to his dad. Even though the episode is about plants, the pairing has attracted the most attention. I am glad they spoke about it and the camera focused on it. It is the best thing in the house.
