No matter what you do with this engine, its never gonna sound as good as SV650, MT07 etc...its int the engine contruction, not the exhaust.

I don't know why they keep making these 2 cylinder engines. It might be cheaper or more economic but this is not the sound a 650 deserves, and no matter what is your preference you can't deny inline 4s sound much better. Few years ago anything past 500 had a 4 cylinder, for most naked and sport bikes, but nowadays seems like 2 cylinder is the new trend. I hope they don't kill all of the 4 cylinder models that still are produced.

...putting lip-stick on a pig...It is still a pig. I own a 2020 Z650, STOCK and ride it for what it small, light weight motorcycle that is a blast to ride.
My pig don't wear LIP-STICK!
