Maybe I am strange, but back in the day, when FFPS was firstly released, i always thought that Henry isn't died at all-he could just record this final message on the tape and played, before just leave, watching how his "lil' shining pearl"'s soul finally can rest, with all other kids she cared. I even think it could be even more sadder-he watched consequences of his past mistakes, that he never could correct or prevent, and all he can do now is just let the demon, that he called "his friend", to his own demons, and finnaly live the present day....
