Biden leads national WP/ABC News poll by 12%p after Trump diagnosed with COVID-19

With three weeks to go until the presidential election, Joe Biden is leading President Trump by twelve percentage points in a new national poll.
According to a Washington Post and ABC News poll of likely voters, 54 percent support Biden, while 42 percent plan to pull the lever for Trump.
Among registered voters, 53 percent favored Biden over Trump at 41 percent.
Results from polls seem to indicate that President Trump's handling of COVID-19 was an important factor leading to Biden's twelve-point lead.
The survey was conducted between October sixth to the ninth.
