Something unexpected happened to this boy after he was ready for the shot. Until his opponent asked the ref to stop the game right in the middle of the match. The boy was confused, not knowing what was going on. Suddenly the opponent took off his helmet and came over to shake hands with him. Because of the fact that this boy had a serious brain injury, but he really wanted to come back, and this was his first match after he got better. The rest of the opposing team ran up and gathered all around him. They took off their hats as a way to show respect for his bravery. They wanted to express how much they cared and wanted him back.
