For anyone not seeing that HDD recovery option, select the recovery wizard option. (Also the last one on the list) On the next screen you'll have the option to restore to out-of-the-box state ;-)

I'm trying this now on a TOSHIBA Satelite Pro C660-1NR. It has all the same options apart from TOSHIBA HDD Recovery, I've tried a few different ways now and can't find anything even after trawling though forums. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
