We were pregnant 1 month apart with our firsts, and I was ahead, and now we’re pregnant with our second a little less than a month apart again! This time you’re a month ahead! Congrats guys ❤️

Don't let people stress you out about having 2 so little! My second and third babies are 19 months apart and they are best friends! We're now expecting baby #4 and with each baby it just gets more and more exciting and joyful!!

I’ve had 6 unmedicated labors. I took a hypnobabies class and thought it was hogwash. Went into labor and felt zero pain. Just pressure and tightening. I couldn’t believe how well hypnobabies worked! That’s not to say all 6 of my labors were pain free but all were so beautiful! I’m excited for your second baby!

Yes, just because you had pnd the first time doesn't mean you will get it again. I removed things that didn't work first time, had lots of support around me and the second time was very different. Plus the amazing moments when your oldest interacts with their sibling will be so beautiful.

I'm so happy for you guys. Mal, the emotional strength you have with this pregnancy is really shining through. It's great how you have worked things out in your mind with such a positive perspective. Self-care is very important, and it incorporates all aspects -- mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Congratulations to you both, and it's great to see you guys back again .. taking some time off has obviously been so beneficial for both of you. Close age gaps are so awesome! I have 4 kiddos and my oldest just turned 4 a couple weeks ago and I’m currently pregnant with our 5th. When you track the ages and how many, they are 4, almost 3, almost 2, and 6 months with another on the way already. Knowing all the ins and outs of the first year of life going into the first year of life for the second (or 3rd or 4th) time is so much easier in my opinion. All the memories and tips and tricks are still fresh in your minds. You’re rocking it and I am praying that everything works out with baby girl number 2 and that your birth and postpartum is redemptive to what you had the first time. ❤
