And here's a tip for the guys in high school.
1. I wouldn't be able to stress this enough but, do not ever wear spray cologne after you play basketball or workout. Covering your stink with something that still reeks isn't a good idea. Literally students in my high school did this and the cologne stunk so bad it stings my nose and I can't smell anything And similar to people vaping, it makes it harder to breathe. So to any sweaty dudes, just stay off the cologne if you play sports or workout and just wait to take a real shower. That's the smart choice. Otherwise you'll reek like skunk spray in a dumpster
