Is F-Zero GX The Next GameCube Classic Coming To Nintendo Switch?

The GameCube is HOT in 2023 and F-Zero GX might be the next game coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo remastering Gamecube games and profiting off of them seems more likely than Gamecube games being a part of the Nintendo Switch Online membership.

F-Zero GX does have native Widescreen support. Nintendo just needs to up the resolution of GX and make it playable online. Would be great to get 30 multiplayer support online.

GX does support widescreen you have to set it manually in the options.

Nintendo remastering GaneCube, Wii and Wii U (no issues with Wii U games, some didn’t get a chance to shine due to the commercial failure of the system) games, is definitely something i’d see more of.

F-Zero GX Remastered should include the arcade version, F-Zero AX, as a bonus feature/game mode.

Nintendo did not forget about F-Zero, RGT. They dedicated a whole track to it in Mario Kart 8 and gave us some F-Zero games on NSO. But yes, new entries in the series it is absurd how long it's been.

F-Zero on the GC had a widescreen 16:9 mode in the options menu didn't it? I mean, the actual footage you showed right after saying it hasn't got a 16:9 option was in 16:9...

F-Zero GX is one of the best racing games ever made IMO, played it for month. My only fear is shifitng the controls from the GC pad

Something I found out, at an arcade in Farmington Hills Michigan called Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum there is an F-Zero AX cabinet. It's the only one I've ever personally seen, though the day I went it was down.

It's important to remember they added F zero tracks to mario kart 8 because they were working on a new game at the time which was cancelled when the studio backed out.

So Nintendo could very well bring it back

The thing about f0 gx is that in the game when you caught wind, you CAUGHT wind. Lots of racing games lack that feeling so the adrenaline never really kicks in for me in most racing games. But f0 gx…damn, never forgot the adrenaline inducing speed in that games—especially with all the unique level designs.
