A lot of the strategy Ford takes depends on what market they want to serve. In the US at least most of their market is trucks and the heavy duty ones are a few years away from being EV capable. If the Lightning and the Mach-E take off in sales then they can move forward. If not, well, perhaps we’ll have another Kodak moment….
