4 Unique Stopper Knots That You Should Learn Today

While stopper knots may seem like they all perform the same task, these 4 each have unique characteristics. The Barrel Knot, aka Double Overhand, is nice and streamlined. The Ashley Stopper Knot is extra bulky. The Figure 8 can be turned into an end-loop. The Alpine Butterfly Loop can be tied in the middle of a rope (in the "bight"). Do you know how to tie all 4?

You should have shown the Ashley stopper from the standing end side, that is the pretty view.
