I got Zhongli at 13 pity. Here is what I did: A team with only geo character. I did ONLY NOELLE. Sacrifice that character to an electro enemy, like I did with the Thunder Manifestation in Inazuma. Make sure your character is REVIVED after being killled. And Pull! Preferably 10.
