Republicans Accuse Mitch McConnell Of Launching A Coup Against Trump

Republican allies of Donald Trump are freaking out because they believe that Mitch McConnell is launching some sort of "coup" against Trump. They claim that McConnell's decision to call for early leadership positions votes in the senate somehow undermines Trump's power, which makes absolutely no sense at all. McConnell might be jumping the gun a little, but that doesn't mean that he's trying to steal any power from the presidency (and it wouldn't be a bad thing if he did.)
