This thing is a total beast. I have a radiation version. So I can run radiation + viral + heat (or corrosive) against Grineer, or radiation + magnetic + toxin against Corpus. This is absolutely insane with Galvanized shot. I have never found anything yet it can't quickly kill asside from high level Demolisher units and Archons. But it does work as a great status primer for those enemies

The kuva brakk makes me have the same feeling when I built the Tigris years ago as a newbie. Everything I shot with this thing died

I always use this gun as a tube shaped melee. Because of the extreme falloff and bad accuracy, sliding directly into the enemy and going for a meat/headshot is often the best damage you can get out of a secondary. Especially with such a fire rate and Reload

I tried a Hemorrhage build on SP with K.Brakk using a -fire rate riven. The thing is, yes you can potentially 1 shot a Corrupted Heavy Gunner but it's still faster to kill when spamming fire using a standard build compared to waiting 1.5 sec for the enemy to die from bleed procs. The riven I used was CC CD MS -FR for hemo, and CC CD Fr -inf for the standard build.

This weapon carried me from when I got it all the way to a month or two ago when I got the phenmor and the Brakk was my most favorite gun

Absolute beast of a weapon, just a bit tiny pity it's not automatic trigger but thats for Pyrana is known for. Primarily impact does not hurt as much nowadays as you can still untilize it as utility weapon against eximus (Impact procs move the already high parazon threshold up to 100%. Still, Overguard need to be broken first and in case of Corpus shields as well.)

The only weapon to have perfectly balanced damage stats and no falloff, have someone actually manage to break in to DE's online event coding and try to get the Detron victories over the Brakk ones resulting in the Brakk winning because someone cheated.

DE knew that no one would ACTUALLY use their founder points to just forma the brakk in every slot and since the crit and status were lower than most it would be fine.

Thus the Brakk became the first gun to be nerfed three times. Added melee level falloff, changed the damage disposition to impact because of course they would, and then cut the accuracy by over half, and thus DE first endgame secondary weapon was turned into mastery fodder and scott's dream of nerfing everything into the ground became standard DE policy thereafter, because fun in a co-op game is for nerds. The only actual hand cannon in the game meant for secondary only sorties is now a way overstuffed melee weapon that only competes because it can be fired faster than it reloads and no one wants to fix the firing code, until a month ago.

Comes along finally years later the Kuva Brakk; and people dare to be excited. While the damage is cut in literal half and the accuracy is even worse, the brakk's disposition thanks to nerfing the fuck out of it is really high, so the riven can make up for that, and with status being what it is on shotguns, it'll be fine.

Within the span of two months the KBrakk is nerfed twice and then status is nerfed and then all shotguns are nerfed. Then rivens are "balanced". You can't win. While you can galvanize, you still have the problem of other unnerfed and even two nerfed guns just straight up being better in every category and you don't have melee range to do it.

I still forma'd the fuck out of it due to nostalgia but with heavy melee being the same effective range with an acceleration exilus, it's just there for pewpewpew moods.

Who knows. With the Nerf King gone maybe some day a Brakk Wraith with the actual Gradivus stats will be a thing.

Also you don't want toxin or heat; you want magnetic. The Neopolitan Nukor build is 100% the build you want for the kbrakk. Mag on the weapon, crit/status push with galv and then either a C/C/D riven for 6000 damage x 6 or a D/MS- riven for 16000 damage x 2 of magnetic, viral and heat (there's so many pellets at D/MS that crit/status is simply going to happen by sheer weight of volume) and it will evaporate anything... provided you stand next to it while doing so, even with an accel exilus.

in a wide arc without need to aim, with more damage, without need to reload, ...

This is a good weapon to use with limbo on arbitration missions. Great weapon, I think it was my first kuva weapon. Anyway the MIGHTY SEER is still better
