My friends PRICELESS reaction flying in a Cirrus SR22 G6 for the first time. IFR KFRG - KACY - KFRG

With the promise of going to one of the best restaurants in Atlantic City, two friends agreed to hop in my Cirrus SR22 G6 for a nice dinner. One of them, John, was a student pilot, owned a 1977 Piper Cherokee, didn't finish his pilot's certificate and hasn't flown in over 15 years. The other, Steve, always had the perception that small plane is just that: small, cramped and uncomfortable. After they got in, both couldn't believe how modern, roomy and comfortable the Cirrus SR22 is. John is even thinking about finishing his pilots certificate.

So please join us on our flight to Atlantic City for an amazing dinner and back.

I think 'isolate' would be a good option for you in busy airspace. Lol. That was funny. 👋

Really great video thanks for sharing! It’s always cool when your friends are so comfortable that they want to start chatting but you did a fantastic job silencing them when you needed to focus.

10/10 captions at the end "wheels touch down, greased landing"

The best Cirrus video I've ever seen. I hadn't realised just how well they had integrated the systems. One input sysyem for radio, altimeter checklust etc.

The whistles and bells you guys have compared to what we had in the 90’s and 00’s on our 182’s and 210’s is incredible. GA more and more looking like the airlines: positive rate, gear up and autopilot on…

"You can play it back" and his laugh . . . awesome. I know exactly how he felt at that moment!! I wish we had that tech back in my school days.

This is the safest single-engine, non-pressurized airframe you can buy, it has its own parachute.

Awesome! Thank you for your videos. I'm a newbie PPL holder and I love the way you include all of the pertinent radio calls and everything lines up in context with the audio. EXCELLENT CHANNEL!

So far, my favorite thing about a Cirrus is A/C. It's so underrated holding short for a few landings in July

Man it reminds me of flying with my friends to dinner at Scottsdale and coming back in Scottsdale at night over the huge Valley of the Sun Phoenix with the lights as far as you can see. Sometimes it would be dead calm and we just fly right over the runway midfield after 9 o’clock and the tower was closed hang out left which would put us on a left downwind for runway three Scottsdale. Those nights I was flying diamond star DA 40 witch had incredible visibility. Double canopy that came almost all the way down to your waist. Had a stick instead of a yoke which I loved and a G1000 set up.

Always enjoy these real life videos. I can fly my make believe flight sims ( X-Plane 12 ) more realistically which make them more fun and instructive. Thank you for posting and look forward to more of your flights.
