This is a incredible lesson thank you Corey! Ive playing some of these triads for years by hearing different players use them. I never understood where they came from so could never explore them for myself and expand on them.. until now. This is a huge game changer for any rhythm player not just for blues 🙂. Ps, this lessons remins me a lot of what Steve Cropper would play in the sam and Dave records and his time with booker T and the MG's.

CC, this is brilliant…it dove tails perfect into my Dom7 & secondary Dom7 studies. Easy to see the relationship when the triads are mastered!

Aloha, i have been watching your lessons for 2 yrs dreaming of the day i can follow along..self teaching...bam!! This is it ...holy ship high in transit, man i needed to figure out triads... now everything opened up..man overload put guitar down walk away..digesting..lol. thank you so much, it is amazing how much stuff is out there but it sometimes just doesnt click...keep up the great lesson..thankful of your hard work to create these lessions...ill figure more out ..cant wait to find another one..

I actually already play this way but by ear only! I never thought about the theory behind it i.e. G7 then playing the C and F over etc. It helps to know at last.
